Shipping throughout Greece.
Shipping with a courier company
Delivery of your order is made within 24-72 hours, for orders that are sent to the prefecture of Thessaloniki. Orders sent to the rest of Greece will be delivered in 1-4 working days. For inaccessible areas and island destinations in 3-6 days.
* The above days are valid for orders placed until 12. Orders placed after 12 will be processed the next day.
Shipping with a transport company
The shipment within the prefecture will be carried out with a courier company. The shipment to the rest of Greece will be carried out with a courier company, with the exception of bulky items, which will be sent with a general transport company (agency). At the customer's request, bulky items can be shipped with a courier company. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer and are determined after consultation with our company.
There is the possibility of sending orders outside Greece. In this case, the method and shipping costs are determined after consultation with our company.
Delivery times are indicative and can vary depending on conditions such as strikes or extreme weather events. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the delivery times.
The goods travel on behalf of and at the responsibility of the customer. Our company does not bear any responsibility for any damages that will be caused during the transfer.
* According to IATA international standards, a bulky object is defined as any object whose volumetric weight is greater than the actual one. Then you make the charge based on the volumetric weight of the package. The volumetric weight is given by the formula: (Length * Height * Width) / 5000 where the dimensions are calculated in centimeters.
Collection from the Store
You can pick up your order from any of our store, without any additional shipping costs.
Your order will be in our store within 24-72 hours. One of our partners will contact you and inform you about the possibility of receiving it.
TRANSPORT COSTS (Shipping with a courier company)
Land and Island Greece:
The charge will be 4.90 euros for the first 2 kilos and 1.50 euros for each additional kilo.
Cash on delivery charge is 3 euros.
For remote and inaccessible areas:
The charge will be 4.90 euros for the first 2 kilos and 1.50 euros for each additional kilo.
Cash on delivery charge is 3 euros.
* Inaccessible areas are determined based on the Postal Code by the Courier company we work with.
