That’s why we do our best to meet the delivery times below, from the moment we speak with you and the product is available.

Delivery via Courier Service

Thessaloniki: 24–72 hours
Mainland Greece: 1–4 business days
Islands & remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery via Freight / Transport Company

Thessaloniki & Athens: 24–72 hours
Mainland Greece: 1–4 business days
Islands & remote areas: 3–7 business days (indicative)

* Delivery time to islands and remote destinations depends on location, transport routes, and weather conditions.
However, it is rare for delivery to exceed 7 business days.

Store Pickup

Your order will be ready at our store within 24–72 hours.
We arrange a specific pickup time together — and you come by!

Important

Please calculate delivery times excluding weekends and public holidays.

We appreciate your understanding in case of delays due to strikes or extreme weather conditions.

How much will I pay?

Courier Service

▪️+ €1.50 for each additional kilogram

Cash on delivery: €3.00

Freight / Transport Company

You pay the transport company directly upon delivery.

How much will it cost?
We find the best available rate for you and inform you right away.
The final cost depends on the product, destination, and transport company.

* You may choose your own transport company if you already work with one
(if not, we recommend letting us handle it — we usually secure better rates)

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipient. You pay directly to the shipping company once you receive the product.

When is my order shipped by courier and when by freight company?

Simply put, it depends on the size and weight of the product.

If the item is large, we ship it via a freight / transport company.
If the item is small, it is shipped via courier service.

* According to IATA international standards, an item is considered bulky when its volumetric weight exceeds its actual weight.
In this case, shipping is charged based on the volumetric weight of the package.

The volumetric weight is calculated using the following formula:
(Length × Height × Width) / 5000, with all dimensions measured in centimeters.

How do I know my products will arrive safely?

We carefully select the courier and transport companies we work with.

We also take the time needed to properly prepare and package your products.

We dispatch them in excellent condition and expect them to arrive exactly the same way.

In the rare event that damage occurs during transportation, our company cannot be held responsible.
Products are shipped on behalf of and at the responsibility of the customer.
